The first time I heard this song it brought tears to my eyes. No atter where you are with God, He wants to bring you closer to Him. He sent His only Son to take our place and also gave the inhertiance of heaven to a bunch of sinners. Why? Because He's a loving God and wants us to have the choice for eternity Him.
What Jesus offers us is something we could never earn or deserve...It's a gift, all we have to do is ask for it.
All Jesus asks is that we accept His forgiveness, Believe He really did come and die for us and finally He calls us to live like you've been changed.
It's that easy.
